Overall it was a good experience especially the location and the view.

The location is amazing the Sea view balcony especially. The breakfast buffet is good and the staff very helpful. Good service

The room is smaller than it appears on the photos. Changing the linens more often could be considered. On the last day of our stay we've been moved to a different hotel because of closing and ending the season (when we booked we weren't informed about it). Luckily the hotel they provide was 5 stars

Right next to the beach with lots of little shops. Very clean accomodation

Could do with washing up sponge, liquid and tea towel in the kitchenette. Parking was tricky.

Worth the price but possibly and surely a bit more understanding

The signage to room , my son was in another room and also a friend was in another room And asked to be moved due to the noise , Billy Morris was his name, I did the full booking and also another friend had same issue but was told quite rude by the man on reception no can do, which is acceptable but the manner was not good

What was the highlight of whala!beach Mallorca

Pleasant

Great location, directly opposite a very busy beach and lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Wide single beds - better than most hotels. Rooftop bar and pool was great, and loved that you can order food from the diner next door which is brought up to you at the pool and with a 15% discount.

Not very clean - several mosquitoes splatted against the walls by previous residents which had not been cleaned off, and there was black mold on the shower door seal. Some of the fixtures and fittings were quite poor quality, e.g. vents not quite fitted to the wall and shower door didn't quite close, meaning the bathroom floor ended up very wet after every shower. Beds are on wheels so they move every time you move. Balconies could benefit from having glass or slatted screens instead of solid material, wanted to sit out and have a drink and watch the world go by, but can't do that when you're staring at a 4ft solid wall.

Passable, the best part is the closeness to beach

I liked how close it was to the beach and my bedroom was quite spacious too.

The WiFi in the bedroom was dreadful, which was quite frustrating when the mobile data signal in the area isn’t great either. The sea view bedrooms are right over the giant hotel/restaurant AC units so there’s a constant loud humming.

Good, clean, good breakfast, close to everything you need on holiday.

Close to the beach, restaurants, shops, bus stops. Short ride to Palma on the bus, a must see

Some staff not overly friendly, wait for lift. Beach sellers can be persistent and cocktail sellers will rip you off if you pay with a note bigger than the price (have exact money or go to the bar).

Lots of different types of food and the quality was good.

Mote than one coffee machine in the main area facing the beach, there was only one machine and quite often long queues.

I really enjoyed my stay, it’s a beautiful place and whala beach is very affordable compared to most places. I would def

The location was fantastic, easy to get around and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops in the area. Directly across from the beach, beautiful views from my balcony. The roof top bar with the pool was beautiful, pool was smaller than I expected but the beach is literally across the road so no need for a big pool anyway. The selection of buffet food for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Plenty to choose from and tasty.

The room was basic, there was no kettle, I was able to get one but I had to pay a deposit for it, same for the tv remote but I didn’t bother getting that as I was informed all the stations were in German. It would have been nice if there was a blanket in the room, while it was hot when I was there, I felt a sheet was just not enough at night time - I’m sure I could have asked for one but I didn’t. You have to pay for the drinks with your dinner, I asked for a coffee one night and was just told I couldn’t have a coffee, so I drank my own water that I had in my bag but was told that I couldn’t do that and was asked to put it away.

Cheap hotel with good location but very noisy rooms.

Beautiful roof terrace.

Very noisy rooms, lots of party people. Don’t recommend if you are looking to relax. However the roof terrace is beautiful.

The roon was clean, modern, and pleasant decoration. The bathroom was v large with a huge walk in shower.

We were meant to at the Whala Fun hotel but on our arrival they were fully booked. BUT THE STAFF call and paid for us to take actaxis to WhalaBeach so thst was v g especially as it was an upgrade.!

Good!

Ocean view great room. Daily room make up with fresh towels-great. Superb breakfast- could not fault. Fantastic front desk staff who helped with the room change.

Banging doors from midnight to 06:30 not good and neither was the room party next door with very loud music, thumps on the wall the other side of our bed head and zero consideration for those who might be asleep around them. Everyone should have a good time but there is a line. Simply terrible ironing board (like a toy) and iron.

The best affordable option for a short stay.

The hotel is placed in an amazing location, just next to the prettiest part of the beach. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, also the bus stop to the airport and to Palma town is within a walking distance which is a great advantage. At the reception there’s a contactless withdrawal machine which was so convenient to use!

The walls are quite thin.

first night in a studio cant remember room number but moved to our sea view room next day 522 we had four nights half board basis we used sky bar each day! fab service and good cocktails.

The staff was SUPER nice. They helped us find great food recommendations and book a taxi for all of us.

The room was just underwhelming. There was no hand soap, so we couldn't wash our hands after using the bathroom which was super weird. Also, the website said there was 3 pools, but we only found the 2 outdoor pools (one being a children's pool) so we were very confused. Just an ok place to stay, its fine, but if there is another place with similar rate, I might check out the other place first
